Hi, I’m Andrew, and I’ve served as lead pastor of Modesto Baptist Church since late 2024. My wife, Jenny, is a registered nurse at Memorial Hospital, and together with our daughter, Lily, we’re grateful to be part of this church family. Before coming to Modesto, I served about two years as an assistant pastor and spent five years helping plant a church, including a year as an elder. I earned my M.Div. from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School and a master’s in clinical psychology, and I’m now finishing a master’s in theological studies. Outside the church, I serve as a corporate chaplain with Corporate Chaplains of America and teach psychology at Lincoln Land Community College. My deepest hope for this congregation is that Christ would be glorified as we open His Word together, and that our neighbors would find a place to belong here.
